He provided lots of options and ideas, but we didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase at any point. First time i have had a total bathroom refit so was not sure what to expect, we visited Loughton Bathrooms just by doing a simple local google search and right from the off they were very helpful and patient. They were very knowledgeable and kept me well informed throughout the whole process from start to finish. The staff used at various parts of the job were excellent, respectful and very helpful. Renovating a bathroom is a daunting experience especially when it means gutting a whole bathroom before adding new features. At Loughton Bathrooms I experienced a friendly team who were helpful right from the start. Neville, one of the owner managers, inspected my bathroom and discussed my requirements then Mehmet, the designer helped me, and my wife decide on the fittings and décor that would suit our budget. We were given a date and approximate time scale which was pretty accurate. The job started with the hall, stair carpets and flooring leading to the bathroom protected by appropriate covering. The materials, furniture, fittings and tiles arrived on time and the skip was laid on a board on the front drive. Remi and Jake worked hard to remove the old bath, tiles and fittings, ensuring that dust was kept to a minimum and at the end of each day they cleaned the stairs and floors so we could live in a clean environment. Once the preparation was complete and the electrician altered the wiring, to accommodate some of the new fittings, the tiler, David, spent a week tiling the walls and floors. He did a good job, and the result was very pleasing. The ceiling and doors were painted, and the shower and fittings were installed. Once complete the bathroom was cleaned. The process took three weeks from start to finish.The whole team at Loughton baths were very accommodating and helpful, listened to and acted on any suggestions I made. Minor problems were quickly resolved. The experience was less traumatic than I had anticipated due to the professionalism of the workers who had all worked together as a team for some time and so were able to rely on each other. A small family run business but big on results. I have no hesitation in recommending Loughton Bathrooms and would use them again if I ever needed to.
We recently experienced the fitting of a new bathroom. My husband and I, are totally blown away by the outcome, with fabulous and skilled staff performing unbelievable magic with the installation. Excellent from start to finish … and beyond. We wanted to replace our 20 year old bathroom and, after looking around, chose Loughton Bathrooms and are very pleased we did.There are three important aspects to a new bathroom which, let’s face it, it’s something that’s going to involve upheaval and expense and is not something you are going to change every year or so. Firstly you want a kind of ‘wow factor’ so you feel good each time you go in and make it all worth while. The infinitely patient Mehmet, with his computer design skills, will show all the possibilities on a large screen and adjust everything until you are perfectly happy with the design. The guy’s a workaholic so don’t worry too much about saying “Can we try ….?” He will happily show you what it will look like until you are completely satisfied with the final design.Secondly, the new bathroom has got to work and this is where this family owned company with years of experience will give you all the advice you need so that you can make best use of the available space.Thirdly, and I think almost the most important, you have to be confident in the professionalism and workmanship and this is where Loughton Bathrooms excel. Our old bathroom developed all kinds of worrying features because the original fitters weren’t quite up to scratch. With Loughton Bathrooms each and every stage of construction from the delivery of the skip on the first day to the final clean and polish at the end was carried out by skilled and trusted tradesman who all are part of the team. No more “We’ve got to wait for a tiler but he’s gone to do another job.” with Loughton Bathrooms. They scheduled all the stages and each tradesperson turned up on the allotted day. I dropped in many times while the work was being carried out and saw for myself how all the flooring, wiring, hidden pipework etc was completed as if they were working on their own home.The bathroom is finished and we are very happy with it. We also feel that if we had any questions or wanted to adjust anything in the future they would be more than happy to come back and help. Go and take a look. Talk to them. The attraction for us to use Loughton Bathrooms (LB) was that it is a one stop shop. All design, products and construction work is entirely organised by them. This comes at a premium price but we believe that the bathrooms we ended up with far exceed in quality and attention to detail anything we would have achieved from other suppliers. Problems that other suppliers might have glossed over or hidden were addressed and were dealt with professionally. We ended up with one conventional bathroom and one wet room in our ensuite.
We had a great experience with Loughton Bathrooms. Friendly and professional, with a very high quality finish. An unfortunate damage occurred but this was immediately acknowledged and repaired as soon as possible. We had a great collaborative process with their designer Mehmet as well. They guided and advised me through the process, ensuring the designs were exactly what I wanted before taking any payment, making revisions whenever I asked. At no point did I feel like they were trying to squeeze more money out of me.Onto the actual installation, it was carried out professionally and seamlessly. Dennis, kept me in the loop throughout out and was always available to answer any of my questions and concerns, going the extra mile to explain things in detail, which gave me a lot confidence. Loughton Bathrooms installed a new ensuite bathroom for us and replaced our main bathroom. We are really pleased with the service provided, work undertaken and the final result. The process was straight forward with the whole team being very professional and polite. They were always punctual and we were kept well informed throughout the process and are really pleased with the finished bathrooms.
Loughton Bathrooms fitted 2 bathrooms for me. This is without a doubt the finest bathroom fitter you can find. Not only was the work done to the very highest standard, but it was done on time according to schedule. The team is amazing. Bessi the tiler is perfect - completely faultless - he tiles to pin-sharp accuracy and laser line flat. I have never seen such perfect tiling before. Ben is amazing. Not only can he do a great rendition of Whitney Houston, he also plumbs everything perfectly - no pipework is visible! All the team are gentlemen - extremely easy to get on with. Mehmet is the sales guy and he knows EVERYTHING about bathroom equipment. If you can imagine it, he can design it. Neville, leads construction, and he is on top of the fitters calling them daily. When I ordered these two bathrooms, like everyone I was looking at how much this was going to cost me. Let me tell you right now that this is a very cost-effective firm. For what you get, the price is very reasonable. You are not buying a bathroom - you are buying an experience. My closet toilet downstairs has been transformed into a 5-star hotel bathroom. My upstairs bathroom has been transformed into an ocean experience (my wife says whenever she showers there it feels like she is in the ocean due to the incredible blue tiling and creation of space and light). Using the shower is just pure joy - I never want to leave. I wish I had done this a long time ago. This is an incredible team that will bend over backwards to do their best. The design at the start was amazing. Mehmet is like a ninja on the computer as he designs the bathroom for you. He can make whatever you can imagine. I know that Loughton Bathrooms have put the photos and video online of the work they did at my place, but it just doesnt give it justice. The work is even better than the pictures! My recommendation to you - look no further - you have found the company that will exceed all your expectations and will build a bathroom to a standard that royalty expects.
I cannot recommend Loughton Bathrooms highly enough. Every aspect of the work was carried out in a professional, efficient and tidy manner. Each member of the team was qualified in their area and they worked well together led by the inimitable Neville. They seemed to genuinely care about my needs and were determined to do their best - and they did.

Loughton Bathrooms fitted a bathroom for me in November 2021 and a cloakroom in January 2022. I can't fault these guys. The service was excellent from start to finish. Mehmet was happy to spend as long as it took with me to design the new rooms. All the fitters were very polite and helpful and did a great job. If I was unsure about something, I would email Neville and he would get back to me very quickly, even outside office hours. After sales service also excellent. Would definitely recommend.

The work has been done to the highest standard, with individuals from the team specialising in their own field. Lovely dedicated people. Your bathroom/toilet is designed for you by a CAD system even before they start the work, so you see it in virtual reality. Loughton Bathrooms come highly recommended.

Loughton Bathrooms fitted our wet-room back in June 2022. I'm late writing this review, but having used the room every day for the last four months, I'm able to say that everything about it has been perfect.The experience started with Neville who really listened to what we wanted, provided some great ideas and solutions, and conducted a thorough survey.Mehmet created a CAD design, and as he sources and agrees each item, the end result builds on screen. He is exceptionally customer-focussed and has a thorough knowledge of available products. In a very short time, he had built our virtual wet-room with all parts agreed and detailed on the accompanying report (see the CAD preview and end-result photos).Ben and Jake made the whole thing a reality, and to be honest, are key to the quality of the end result. Our house always seems to present challenges, but they were brilliant at problem-solving, meticulous in every aspect of prepping, plumbing, fitting, finishing and doing an absolutely first-class job (except for the wailing they called 'singing'). They also eat too many biscuits.Bessi came and painted the door and ceiling (lovely finish) and Chris tiled the room, ensuring every cut was perfect (even the mitres on the aluminium trim). He questioned and tweaked our choice of grout colour to achieve the best possible match. Mastic Man (Paul) arrives at the end and steals the limelight with utterly flawless silicone (again in a carefully checked colour). It adds a level of professionalism that makes all the difference. Finally, Jamie and Sami shuttled back and forth, delivering supplies as needed, removing rubbish, and generally keeping everything moving.We were kept informed of what was going on throughout the process and when our input was needed (such as the positioning of the fixtures and fittings), we were asked for our preferences.Only one tiny adjustment was needed post fitting, but it was dealt with as soon as I reported it - so great to know that support was available without delay.In summary, if you need a bathroom, don't even think of going anywhere else.

I ordered a radiator with side panels from LB. Great price, quick delivery. Unfortunately, wrong panels were sent by the warehouse... But Dennis and his team were very helpful and help to got the right ones within days. Brilliant service, friendly staff! Highly recommended!
